Want to give tiels to breeder

My cockatiel pair recently had a clutch of 4 babies. I am looking to place them in good home where they'll receive proper care. But since 2 are YCs and 2 are splits & are relatively uncommon, I thought it wd be a good idea to set them up for breeding.
