Just as not enough of something can be detrimental to your birds' health, too much of certain vitamins can also be harmful. If you are feeding seed plus pellets, and your birds have not been diagnosed as having any deficiencies in particular vitamins or minerals, there is no real need to supplement with formulated vitamins. What I suggest instead is also offering your birds fresh vegetables daily, or at least a few times a week.
When feeding pellets, it is better to er on the side of caution and use only fresh foods as supplements.

Thanks for your answer I have never gave them vitamins . cause they get there vegs for lunch and supper every day . Plus there seed and pellets . They do eat more pellets then seeds . And there breakfast they either have scramble eggs or a little cereal . They are not much on fruit . So once in awhile I give them the dried fruits and they will eat that . Again thanks for your answer .
