Breeder number...please help

I was wondering if anyone knew who NCS breeder # 38R is. I am not a breeder, but I bought 4 NCS tiels from my local bird pet store, all with 38R bands. One of my cockatiels recently passed away, and I am looking for a similar looking tiel--except my local bird shop does not have any chicks that match what I am looking for. I was wondering who 38R is, so that I may contact the breeder and either purchase the tiel I am looking for from the breeder, or so that the breeder may inform me of other stores to which the breeder distributes and I might be able to find my tiel there. NCS band #38R has been used since 1997 by a breeder in Staten Island, NY. I will not disclose his contact information in this public forum, however if you e-mail your contact information to me (NCS Membership Secretary): [e-mail], I will contact this breeder and ask him to contact you directly. He may want to contact via e-mail, phone or both.
