I will be getting a hand fed baby cockatiel in a couple weeks. This will be my first time having a cockatiel and YEARS since I've had any other bird.
I need to start a check list of items to have at home before we pick our baby up.
I know nothing about him yet, only that all 5 of the available babies are males, none are gray and they are all hand fed.
Should have some photos to post up later. I spent about an hour on the phone with the breeder today. Very nice lady! I told her I have a trip coming up for Christmas and that I don't want to pick up my baby until after that trip, so she's holding him for me.
I'm so excited! I can't wait to have a friend to play with all day long haha.
