We've had 2 eggs in the bottom of our cage for about 2 weeks. None of our 6 'tiels seem to have bothered with them we put in some nesting materials but they still have been ignoring them for the most part. Every so often we will see one of the birds sitting on them, but not often. What should we do with the eggs?

If none of the birds have been sitting on them for the entire time, then remove them. The eggs will not be fertile.

How long ago were they layed? Usually they hen will lay all the eggs she's going to before beginning to incubate them, which means several of the eggs might have just hung out for about five or six days. But if these eggs have spent several weeks on the bottom of the cage without being properly incubated I would think that they are no longer viable, if they were fertile in the first place. You can hold a small light up to them and look to see if they are fertile (which is called candling). My hunch would be that the eggs aren't viable and should be removed. If you want your tiels to breed then provide nest boxes (enough so that there won't be compition if more than one pair want to roost) and have them lay in their nest box from the start. And that's just tip of the iceberg as far as breeding goes.

The Hen doesn't always wait till she's done laying eggs to incubate them. My Chirpy would wait start incubating after the first or second egg is laid and then lay more.
