I found a Cockatial today while fishing in brigantine nj. Took a while n a few good bites but got the little guy caught n now safe in a bird cage, which I luckily had one laying around. I'm trying to ID his leg band and need some info on how to possibly find the owner. The only thing I can make out is ca 2267 b?b the question make looks like a wierd symbol like a backward 7 or a lowercase d.
