Hello to everyone..my name is Rose and this is my 1st time to use this forum..I am hoping to give poor Leslie some relief from all of my questions that always seemed to find their way to her 
. Leslie has been there for me every time, but, I would like to meet some other feathery friends ;D..anyways, I am the State Coordinator for New York, and I have just recently began my duties..I received a call on Monday from Julia in Brooklyn..her friend gave her a Tiel that was flying around their home. The Tiel is banded and I have the code..Julia wants to do the right thing, by trying to locate the breeder. Now, I have NO IDEA how to do this, so, perhaps, someone would lead me in the right direction on this topic. I usually check my e-mails 2 times a day...1 in the a.m. and 1 in the p.m. So please by all means feel free to contact me by phone..Hopefully we can help Julia out, or perhaps she may be the new parent ;D
