Three Tiels in Need of Help:

I am helping Jasmine get the word out about these tiels.

As you can see the cage is cramped and in horrible condition and there is one tiel in need of medical attention. So far three cages have been donated. What Jasmine is trying to do is collect money for the rescue fee, vet bills, and exc. We are hoping to eventually find a home/homes for the tiels.
