 I'm curious what colors to expect if my tiels ever breed. I have a whiteface male and a all white female with dark red eyes. I am not sure what sort of parents they came from. Is there any way to guess at this? Thanks so much!

Just from our experience of breeding Whitefaces, without knowing the parents background, I would be prepared for a hodgepodge of colors. We have had normals, cinnamons, cinnamon pieds, normal splits, whiteface males, whiteface lutinos, clear pieds and whiteface females. To be honest without knowing the parents backgrounds it will be a major guessing game. This should be fun and interesting if you let them breed and hatch. I will tell you this if the chicks have white down they will be a whiteface mutation if they are yellow down the coloring will be a real guessing game. Enjoy
