My tiels have mated for the first time. If they have babies what will they be? My male is a normal grey and the hen is lutina.

It depends on what genetic material is passed on from the parents.

Based on just that information that you gave, your babies will all be normal grey but the males will be split to lutino. Now, that just means that this is the BASIC possibility. Depending on what the genetic background is within these birds, you could possibly get other colors. You said your grey was normal, but, does he have any little white feathers that might look out of place on the back of his head? If so, he is possibly split to pied. He may produce babies who are split to pied as well. If the Lutino hen is split to pied as well as the male, then you would get normal grey, grey split to pied and pied babies with the males all being split to lutino as well. There is a basic color palette online where you can play with potential combinations for color to try to predict the outcome, but, unless you know more about the genetic background of your birds, you may get anything from all normal grey, to a rainbow of options...
And yes, they will all be CUTE!!
