My mom's femal cockatiel, Bucky, has a toy with a bar on the bottom of it with bells attatched. Bucky pushes herself underneath it, with the bar across her neck and does a strange squeaking noise. She usually plays with the bells while she's doing this. What exactly is she doing?

She is pretending her toy is a male and trying to have it mate with her.
