I am a new bird owner, by her choice, she flew into my open patio door, I have put ads online and put up posters.....but am now hoping no one claims her, I am rather attached to "Gracie" now...but anyhow, one problem I have with her is when I let her out of her cage it can be an adventure trying to get her back into it, anyone have a good system they use? I do not want to clip her wings, birds are meant to fly.

From the little I know about these birds, I just let them out and when they want back in they go in. I try tricking them by showing them a treat and putting it in the cage. Most of the time this works. Since I fond my tiels also, what I found it takes some time for them to trust a human. They can train us faster than we can train them. If the door is left open they will go in by themselves is what I have found. It is much easier on them and us that way. They know where the food and water is.

I use Chirpy's playgym to get her to go back into the cage. Since Gracie does not have a playgym, you can try using food as John suggested or train her to step up to a dowel.
Contact your local fire department and ask them if anyone reported a missing bird. Gracie might belong to a child who probably misses her.
