Does anyone have ideas for helping me when I need to administer medications to our cockatiel? She is 15 years old and recently needed surgery. She is on pain meds 3 times daily and antibiotic twice daily. She clamps her beak tight and it is a real struggle. She gets liquids per syringe. (.04 ml) Any hints from anyone out there? Thanks!

You could also try opening it's beak and then administer the medicine:
