Banding Identification

[Hobbles]

I have a cockatiel that was recently surrendered to us. According to the previous owner, she was just hatched in Nov. of '09.

Mostly out of curiousity, but also slightly because of a leg/toe issue, I am looking to identify the original breeder. The band has "NCS" on it, so I assume it is an NCS member. I believe it is followed up with a "22S". the year is 09, and there is an OH for Ohio.

I have joined the band identification yahoo group and am awaiting approval.

Any ideas?
